Part 1 covers cleaning up scans in TV Paint 11.7 Professional using a pair of free-to-download FX presets. Part 2 will talk about exporting, and then using your modular elements to build out scenes in After Effects.

DIY Animation Club co-founder Dave Merson Hess taught and developed animation curriculum for Aurora Picture Show’s youth workshops, 2014-2018.
